Maximum amount of chrome steel balls

To achieve maximum load, the MAX bearings are fully filled with high quality precision class 10 balls. No cage means more balls and 40% more load. Bearings are filled with beads manually because of a very small tolerance between the inner and theouter ring.

Chains of high carbon chrome steel 52100

The cleanest steel alloy is solid as no other. MAX bearings use marine lubricant from CRC. Vaseline will remain in the bearings even under extreme conditions. Even salty water does not penetrate in and the bearing does not damage.

LLU type seals

Each sealing ring has two edges that fit in the guide grooves in the inner ring of the bearing. The outer lip preventspenetration of dirt, while the interior holds the grease in the bearing. While running, this system is practically waterproof, grease in the groove of the inner ring creates a waterproof barrier.
